Hail damage/ dry ice???????????

I have some hail damage on my car and i know that you can use dry ice to take the little impressions out but can someone tell me how to actually do it in detail. thanks in advance.

just put water on the damged spot an touch the tip o the ice in the center of the ding... it will pop it out but youll still be able to tell a little bit...

^^^^ he`s right pdr is the best way
but if the panels are way to damaged the insurance company will replace with new sheet metal
i used to take the torch set to a low flame working fast then i would take a water bottle to it POP!! dent right out
if you have no experience with it don`t do it then
