just as the question states how do you do this? and would it looked good to pain this red with a silver car? I am entering my car into a show saturday adn I just need to know.

I don't think that silver and red go well together, I'm a silver/black kind of person. I don't know how to remove it, unless you mean the whole plastic bracket. I think that has screws that keeps it attached.
are u talking about the whole coil pack or just the square the says ecotec 2.2?
