Which tail lights will fit the 03+ cavalier?
Can I use aftermarket tails from 02?
What will bolt on and what will I have to change?
you can use any outer tails, theyre all the same, but for the inner tails you either gotta remove the reflector and use 95-02 tails and shave the reflector holes, use a 95-02 trunklid, or get the rksport carbon fiber reflector bar and then use 95-02 tails.....personally i'd get a trunklid froma junkyard and go that route, its easyer and cheaper than any other way

not cheaper than the RKsport bezel unless you're lucky enough to find one the same color in perfect condition. otherwise the cost of any necessary body work and then paint will run you as much or more than the RK c/f piece.
Personally i would just get the 95-02 trunklid because im not a big fan of the c/f piece. But thats just me. Do whatever you like best.

i just went to a junkyard found a 02 trunklid, spoiler, and tails all the same color as my car. traded my 03 trunk and tails and all i paid was $75 for the spoiler

well where i live a trunklid is 30 bucks at the junkyard, a quart of paint is about 25 bucks for arrival blue and my brother does the work for free.....so for me it would only be 55 bucks to do the swap......plus aftermarket taillights
