Anyone know anything bout the quality of these kits?...I've seen them in a couple of mags and I want them cuz they're different from Lambo doors cuz they go straight up. I don't member the site but they have them for like $1600 with the motorized option. I want the motorized ones cuz I wanna be able to just push a button and open my doors.
Also does anyone know if the motorized doors open AND close the doors? And how would they work if I have shaved handles?
thx,
Michael

I like the Diablo doors better also, they are a better design then lambo or vert doors(but the install is not just bolt on, you have to drill out your old hinges to match the bolt pattern of the diablo hinge.)
I havent seen a motorized version of these doors anywhere yet, only the vert/lambo doors with a motor option.
Diablo universal doors sell for around $1000 without a motor option(not one that i could find anywhere.).
The website I saw had a bolt-on kit for 95+ cavs. I think the site was www.tunerracing.com, but I'll have to double check. The kit is like $1000 w/o the motorized option and like $1600 w/ the motorized option. I was just wanting to know the quality of them since they are so expensive. Lambo doors are cheap compared to these since you can now get Lambos for $500-800 (bolt-on). I'm going to get Diablo Doors either way bolt-on or not, if the quality is as good if not better than lambo doors.

yeah it is...thats the Koenigsegg
are you talking about the doors like the car from back to the future? the dalorian?
Blah Blah Blah Royall Purple!
if your talking about the GT Diablo Hinges they are nice, better than the GP hinges however they cost over twice as much(100+shipping) and SHOULD be welded on. You do get a full 90 out of them and they are not hard to open or shut. There also made of Chromoly steel and it makes them very solid, Unlid the GP hinges(which i have) you wont get the "wave" out of them, i have mine as tight as possible and the wind still makes em wave.
^^^yeah they are just like those except I found them as a bolt-on kit for 95+ J's. The site is
www.tunerracing.com they have them for like $1000+shipping for the manual ones...and like $1600 for the motorized ones. I will be getting the motorized ones once I can get a job again. I recently fractured my ankle in 2 places and I just got outta my cast so I'm now working on getting back on both of my feet again.
Thx,
Michael
