Is $350 a fair price for a brand new carbon fiber hood for my 1996 Z24?
These are on Ebay right now and the guy said I can pick it up for $350 cash.
My car has no other mods, but I'm thinking of fixing it up since I will be driving it on a daily basis pretty soon (I've only put 5000 miles on it in 2 years). Put it this way, I can't decide if I should make some mods to it or sell it.
Should I spend the money on it or what? My car is black and the hood could use repainting, if that makes any difference. And do these hoods (in general) just bolt on? My fiance isn't really a car guy.

well the less expensive hoods will require hood pins , and they must be used

even with the more expensive hoods , they are a good idea

i had a friend that got screwed from trying to by ahood on ebay , so be very carefull of who you purchase from
