Well moving sure has helped me find a lot of things... including some of my original Toyota Cavalier notes... so without further adieu, here's some part numbers:
Side Mirror for Coupe '96-'00?@(Electric folding)
SA226-35716 RH
SA226-35717 LH
for Sedan '96-'00?@(Electric folding)
SA226-35714 RH
SA226-35715 LH
for Sedan '96-'00?@(Manual folding)
SA226-35712 RH
SA226-35713 LH
I also found what I think are the marker lights that I have:
Front side marker RH : #SA059-78062
Front side marker LH : #SA059-78061
I'm still hunting feverishly for the rest of the numbers I have written on scraps of paper.. but that sould keep some of you busy!

What I have here is simply a crude illustration based on Instructions from TRD901Z, A relay Im currently wiring up from a MR2 and a pic of the original toyota relay.
Hopefully this helps you to figure out if you have the actual Toyota cav relay and if not it should help you modify whatever relay you have as long as it has the 11 required wires.
Please if I missed anything or something is unclear let me know. The rest of the instructions can be found here toyota power folding mirrors
