i wanna take off the emblems, but afraid that it may leave glue marks behind them... anyone knows how to do it so that it looks clean?

ahhh...search my friend...

basically....take a blow dryer or heat gun, heat them up and then slide some fishing line behind it and use a "sawing" motion to cut through the glue

once the emblem is off, there will be some left over glue on the car....now you remove this 2 ways..

1. keep using the heat gun/blowdryer to heat up the glue and roll it off with your thumb

or

2. buy a product called goo gone and apply it, there are a variety of other household products that work but i wont recommend you use any of them because you have to be super careful of how long you leave it on for.

now rinse it clean, maybe wax if ya want and there ya go.

I just did it while I was waxing my car, took some fishing line and wedged it in between and sawwed them off, afterwards I just scrubbed off the glue with a rag, it was already wet from being washed so it came off like hot glue. if it's fading, just go buy some 3m two-sided tape and slap em back on.
