Hey guys, I just financed a 04 LS sedan (black) for the wifey. I don't want to go through all the hassle of a body kit, but I would like some exterior styling. What can I do, that will help make the car look better? I was looking at the technic lip, but I don't think it is for my cars body style. (95-99 I think) any help is appreciated. It just looks so... blan. I am gong in for some gunmetal wheels on Tuesday BTW
Well you can lower the car a tad bit on some nice Eibach Pro-Kit springs w/KYB AGXs to support it, get some euro tail lights, a trunk bezel, change your tail lights to the old cavalier euro tail lights (yes they will fit), get some nice 18 inch rims and an HID kit. I think that would look dope and keeping it nice and simple.

Thanks, I am getting some 17's tuesday... a nice gunmetal with a chrome lip. They look sweet. I just want to lower it enough to fill the wheel well. I am looking for some carbon fiber looking tails. any good ideas on where to get them? Is there anything I can do to make the trunk look better? (where the lights are on the trunk?) other than that I am thinking tint and clear my head lights. My big plans for this car are on the interior. Full alpine system. (2 type x 10's, 2 1000 watt monoblocks, indash, still thinking about speakers though.

Are those rims used or new? If you're getting new, you should think about getting some nice glossy black rims w/silver lip...I have them and they are tight.

They are new, where did you get yours? I am going to Discount tire. They are local, and I know a guy, so I get a discount. Do you mind if I ask how much?
just remember if you go with 17s with a polished lip, they arent going to look like 17s they will look smaller. other than that there is tons of stuff you can do to the car to make it cool without adding a body kit. theres always a lip kit (rksport) or the ls sport lip kit.

That's true but it also depends on what company you get. If you get dark rims...they are much better looking if you get a silver lip than straight black.

I actually sold my old rims to a friend, kept my tires (215/45R17) and put these on them. I bought the rims from Ebay from an actual company brand new, not a private seller.

Thanks guys, I put off getting the wheels untill I did a bit more research. The ones I was looking at were koning hot wheels (black with a chrome lip) they were nice, but a bit pricey. I may end up going with a 16 and a slight drop... we will see.
Were can I find the lips for the front and rear. I cant find the without the whole bumper.
