Alright I got an 03 with the stock front ls sport bumper and the stock fog lights.
Heres the question, has anybody found real bright high quality aftermarket fog lights that replace the stock ones but fit ver close to the stock?
I ask this cause I hate the light out put from the stockers I am looking for something brighter and nicer looking.
I have already replaced the bulbs so please don't suggest any bulbs. Every set of fog lights I have looked at wouldn't come close to a nice clean snug fit.
Has anyone else had better luck if so what kind?

put silverstars into your stock fogs and it makes 100% difrence got my bulbs at walmart 18 bucks each. Now they match my headlights.
The size is 880ST
as for any foglights that match up size wise i have found none i looked ALOT before i spent the cash for the oem ones.
I have had hyper whites silver stars you name it. See part of the problem is I have hids and anything next to that is non exsistant. Thats why I want to find some halogens or something nice and bright or at the ver least nicer looking then stock.
I bought a few sets of fogs a while back that looked like a close fit, got them home and now way so I took them back. Its that awkward oval that throws it off.

I have the same problem, the only thing that works to me is yellow fogs.

It wouldn't melt, hid's run cooler and use less power.

For reference all 2000+ fog lights are the same. Meaning mine suck too.
Use 'em, I did, and all the reflective coating has about flaked off now. Not to mention the moisture and pitting on the lenses.
I know they are the worst stock fogs ever, I want to get rid of them so bad but I want a real close fitment with aftermarket ones. And as for the hids the lens on the fogs might melt because the bulbs are longer, even if it would work it still wouldn't be worth the time and effort considering the have a terrible reputation for water and such.

I bought my fog lights at wal-mart for under $30. The are Pro Burners part number QH-79BT they are a very bright white light. They match my silverstar headlights very well I dont know how they would look with HIDS but i think it would be a close match. They have a blue tint to the lense and they are a little smaller than the stock and look real good in the car.
I had a set of cyber white from walmart and once I got the hids, you couldn't tell they were on or see them unless you were standing a few feet infront of the car.
