anyone ever use "rainbow blue" headlight

i dont think ive ever seen these installed before, so i dont know what kind of light output they give off. instead of the tradtion blue coating...this has some weird rainbow blue coating that supposedly gives off reds, yellows, greens, and blues.....i guess for "all weather" conditions. one site i was looking at had pics of the rainbow blue bulbs at night..and its just a very green output of light haha.

i kinda dont like those regular "imitation HID" blue headlights...i think they are kinda ricey and they are horrible in rain/snow.

but are these rainbow blue bulbs any different? anyone have some actual pictures of them installed?
here are pics of a few different kinds

any coating on a bulb will result in less light output that a bulb without.

I had some in a 96 Saturn (9006 bulb) they suck. You can't see as good as you can with a stock bulb, and you drive around projection a rainbow... I took them out and they have been sitting around my house for months, so I put them on eBay for 0.99 cents.

I would suggest not getting them.

Had them in my asuna sunrunner; they were okay; but looked more yellow then anything; they were more of a fog bulb; so i got rid of them and went with my first set of eurolights, that was 4 years ago or more and i still use eurolight bulbs.

I had some that were nifty looking. Up close at an angle, they were red, but as you pulled back they went from yellow to green. Even the light output in the distance was a green. The downfall, when it rained and snowed, they sucked RIDICULOUSLY. They also didn't fit in snug on my headlight harness and melted a tad of the plastic. So watch out for that. I bought my Silverstars and they kick total ass.

My wife had a set I put in one of her cars a couple years ago, I took them out about a week later because you couldn't see with them. I got the in Carlisle PA at the import show. They look cool but the output sucks.
