Im planning on changing all of my bulbs to LED.I APC make one for chevy. but my question is does this require a load adapter or just plug and play. any sugestion and opinion is greatly apreciated

i forgot to mention that im replacing the parking light and tail lights with the LED

You don't need to go soley with APC.

LED 3157's and 194's will work.

The bulbs themselves are plug and play, however you do need load resistors to get them to work. Do a search on eBay for seller velocityled1 -- he has some in his store front (I've ordered from him in the past, no regrets) as well as various styles of 3157 LED bulbs.

For the rear tail, I would recommend getting white LED bulbs... the red is not bright enough.
