Are you looking for somehting like what GT racers use? You can get a film that covers the stock lenses. It's available in all sorts of colors including yellow.
I have some yellow headlight bulbs in my car. I think they were from a group purchase here - its been too long - the memory is failing me right now. They are nice looking but not as bright as, say, the hyper-white style. Sorry I couldn't be more help...

I know that CuZo's and Euro DeZigns both carry yellow headlights. I'm sure E-bay has them, just look around.
luminics makes sweet colored bulbs for the cavs, jason at A+ has them (i ordered them from him

i have the white ones, they are better than stock, but nothing spectacular like HIDs
PIAA has a yellowish bulb. I don't know what the model name is (or # for that matter), I wasn't paying too much attention when my g/f got some for her Civic.
i got the yellow colored headlight bulbs from jason at A+ also
they look nice and all but i think the cops will make you change them out.

Okay, I take it this guy wants the bulbs themselves to be yellow and not the lenses. What's the point in that?
cops have never bothered me about them. luminics are the ones i got from jason.

When you actually think about it, most old crappy cars' stock headlights are practically yellow. I wouldn't see them bothering you unless they are HID's.

yeah i never thought of that lol maybe they won't bother me because my fog lights with be yellow and not the housing the blub them self
i have the luminics ones and they are in yellow also and i think they look bad ass. i have seen some cheap yellow ones and they look like an old stock light but mine are nice. i got them from ebay.. think it was 28 bucks.
