i HAVE a 2004 pontiac sunfire and I am wondering if anyone knows of any companies that make projector headlights

Right. However, no company actually mass-produces a set of 03-05 Sunfire projector headlights.
The only option as I mentioned above, is they have to be custom assembled. Now if your car is a daily driver and you can't afford to have headlights off the car for more than a day, hit up eBay or

Okay I get the fact that I will have to send in some headlights so you guys can custom make them. All I want to know is how much will it cost and how long will it take. Also will I be able to keep them in for daily driving
Time will vary if you order the parts yourself or send them off. It also depends on if Josh is backed up on orders or not... best bet will be to e-mail him for an ETA time wise...

Price wise, if you just want low beam projectors, 600-650 ish (parts and labor), low & high -- 1000+
And yes, you can leave them in for daily driving. Once they're in, they're in. The only way to go back to stock headlights is to get a new set.
I can tell you right now josh is backed up till at least late spring maybe summer now!
