trunk keyhole size? -- keyhole camera fitting

I have an 04 cavalier. I'm interested in replacing the keylock in the trunk with a backup camera.

I was curious if these cameras are "universal fit", or if I have to find one that fits specifically for the hole in our trunks or what.

Anyway, I need the measurement of the hole, I'm about to purchase one..
