quick question i was wondering if anyone has modified their stock headlights or came across this problem if so let me know thanks
i bought some 9007 "8500k xenon hid bulbs"(stock wiring) headlights the other night and when i went to put umm in they hardly lit anything up im thinking from the way it looks the little black circle in the middle of the head light is stopping it from giving any kind of out put what do yall think would happen if i decided to cut the circle in half to where the top of the circle stayed on and i just took the bottom half off to where the bottom of the circle will allow headlight out put and not shine them lights in anyones cars
please help me
just throw in a projector buddy. almost as much work as you had described, and you will have PERFECT light output. good luck, and let me know if you have any questions at all man.

Those bulbs that express that their HID Halogen's are junk. They are either illegal due to their color, or they'll mess up your headlight harness by heating up too much. Your best bet is to save up and buy some quality bulbs like the Sylvania Silverstars. They run for about $50, but the light output is a definate white, they shine evenly, and last long as hell with no problems.
As for the colored circle on there, thats supposed to be like that. If you look at your stock bulbs, the top will have a circle of brown, on the Silverstars, its silver, etc.
