Hey guys, I want to paint my side maker lights black but I want the light bulb to still shine through lol.. Is there such thing as black transparent paint? I could just buy the black side makers but I doubt I could find the exact style in black that is on my car now. So if someone could point me in the right direction on this paint, it would greatly be appriciated

^^ Speaks the truth. I just picked me up a bottle from A+ and I'll let you know how it turns out, but I've heard nothing but good things from VHT.

Well Jason is out of stock on them, so is the warehouse.. He said 2-3 weeks of wait time.. Oh well, I still ordered them.. If I find some local before that then Ill just go ahead and get it.. No big deal of having 2 cans.

David, I bought a can of NiteShades at JEGS on the corner of West Broad & 270 on the west side. That was last summer though. I would think that they still carry it though. You can try calling around the JEGS stores in Columbus. This is an old post though so you may have already received your order from Jason.
I used this stuff on my clear Toyota Supra bumper lights on my TRD front bumper, and it came out great. I have amber bulbs inside them, and they blink bright orange in the daytime & nighttime. I think I did 3 or 4 coats of NiteShades & then a couple coats of clear.
