Z-7 Debonder, it is commercial grade super glue debonder sold at most Art stores that I use to un-stick my fingers if I accidentally bond them with Zap-a-Gap when I'm making a model for my Architecture class. Its safe enough for my fingers so it should be safe for a car's paint.
