okay my idea is to shave my trunk lights and get a sunfire 2000+ bumper with the reverse lights and use that set up. i think its possible besides the fact i have to run extra wires to my bumper for the lights to work but overall i havent seen it done. i dont even no if it would look good just looks like its something new to try. any oppions?
well what kind of car do u have? fill out ur registry..
if ur talking about a cavy.. yes u can shave teh trunk then get a sunfire
4DOOR ONLY rear bumper with the reverse lights in it.. i beleive it was teh 00-02 ones..
well that depends on what car you have and what you want to use the "reverse lights" for.
if you have a sunfire, i would assume it is pre-2000 and thus has the reverse lights in the trunk bezel. as long as you can extend your brake lights the bumper and put red bulbs in there.... it may/should work.
if you have a cav, i think you'll have to swap some sunfire parts (trunk lid) in order to get the bumper to fit.... not sure on that tho.
helps to fill out your profile...
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA..... nice work there manta; way to repeat everything i just said!! hahahha
i posted before u jason.. so nice way to say what i said.
lol sorry about that i fogot to fill it out, i have a cav 99 z24.
Since it is Cavalier , you can shave the trunk and use a 2000-2002 Sunfire
sedan rear bumper. Run the reverse light power to the reverse light sockets.
