Ive read the faq and searched but havent found any luck so Im asking...

Can I swap my 99' cavy rear end for the 03'+ cavy rear end?
Also, is this a direct bolt on or is there any additional work required?
Does anyone have any pics of this process?
Last... does the license plate light have to be changed over or can I reuse the original?

If anyone can help, Id appreciate it very much!

Its just the trunk lid, tail lights, and rear bumper. I'm sure the light is the same.

So, in short (like the above wasn't short enough)...

1. Swap trunk lids
2. Swap bumper
3. Swap outer tail lights

Done.

with the 03 rear you are going to need the new black pieces that go under the quater panel so you can attach the rear. i believe those are different too

^^^correct. and technically you dont need the trunk lid either. just drill the holes for the tails in your trunk lid.

really all u need is the tails, rear bumper with brackets, and thats it. your plate light will work fine.
