how do you take the trim off off the sides and doors? is it taped or is there clips behind it? i'm getting my new body kit and don't want it on the car anymore

Just tape. I used a heat gun, not real hot and slowly lifted it off. had alittle residue left on the car but it came right off with some adhesive and glue remover i got from my buddy at a body shop.

i just let my car with the side facing the sun to warm it up and then used fishing line, and slowly worked it down the length of the trim. The used some scratch x to remove the residue.

you can also just heat it up with a blow dryer and pull it off. then go to autozone or supply house and get ana eraser that fits a drill. thats how i got mine off. pretty simple.
