Maybe I'm not reading the emphasis right, but they don't hide that you can't cancel or return items. It's right on the site.

Also, to avoid ordering something on backorder, maybe try contacting customer support first.

I'm only taking a wild guess here, but if they can look up parts not listed, they can probably look up if parts they do have are in-stock.

Haha, I got a box full of shredded invoices two days ago as well. My cats were all over it.. nothin' like seeing a 20lbs cat jump into a box half his width.
