what method of chroming are you going to be going with? tank bath plating, or spectra/alsa?

no... the intake doesnt even get that hot, it gets pretty warm to the touch, but nowhere near the heat like an exhuast header or something of that nature.

LOL, hey sergio! no sir, the chrome will not flake off (IMO). this is a great method for chroming metal under various temps.
id say it will withstand the little heat on your intake, and will look nice too.

yes sir. i just received a shippment of projectors the other day. mounted yours allong with a few other orders and are ready to be formed. looken at around to days to ship out (if i am able to get the ballasts soon! LOL).

yes sir. you may find info for spectra here: http://www.sprayonchrome.com/index2.html
fantastic investment if you have 8g's laying around. purchase this and hire someone who has little auto paint skills, and you are set. 10.00 worth of materials to produce 250.00 objects.

here too is another company with the same method: http://www.alsacorp.com/products/chromefx/chromefx_prodinfo.htm
here is the home page of various spays, sheets, and other goodies you can purchase: http://alsacorp.com/index.htm

HAVE FUN!!!
