Get a photo of the car farther away so we can see the whole front end.
ill work on getting that photo for everyone tomorrow
Interesting...not seen the panel across the back painted before.
Looks good surprising.
The hood I'll agree should have came that way!
Eh...old man with a Corvette now...it was bound to happen sooner rather than later right?
those tails are pretty cool, though i dont like the chrome part on them. otherwise id look into them lol
i like the painted look, i did the same with my 05 cav. i wish i thought of using night shades before i had mine painted i really like the night shades. if your doing another coat you should sand the part numbers off, gives it a nice clean look.
wayne f, that is the biggest spoiler ive ever seen on a cavalier, but i do like the tails.

I think the eyelids are a nice touch....the car looks really good, nice work too!
Go Premium, it builds character!
SUPERFASSSSTZ: thanks i like like paint as well and i didnt have any sandpaper finer than 800 grit so i couldnt get the numbers off, but if i do another coat i do that.
howe0822: thanks when the idea for the eyelids came to me i was like *light goes off* PERFECT! haha, im glad you like them. once warmer weather comes im gonna paint them up with some black paint to match the car.
and s1lver_N1p: the black right now is only temporary until i do a trunk swap or paint them with my paint gun once warmer weather comes. i decided to niteshade and do black spray paint because i like the look of blacked out tail lights and the nite shades wouldnt be as dark as the black paint. so i niteshaded the circles and blacked out the rest of the bar.
and once the snow and ice clear up and i can wash my car again ill take some further views of the front end so everyone can see the eyelids. its pretty cool they arent really noticable unless someone really knows what they are lookin for. for me its a small unique touch that i havent seen yet.
thanks for all the feedback and ill definitely awaken this thread again once i get the new pics up!
looks sick, I just bought an 03 cavy and have bought tamiya hobby paint (shade- TS-71) and was goin to do the light bar in that, then create eyelids for the headlights. I like that idea of painting the rest of the light bar.
wow, but some more 1 year old topics while your at it
I did the same (as far as black, no niteshade) to mine, but I removed the BOWTIE
