The only difference I ever noticed was the front bumper...is there something else to it?

^^^ Just the bumper is different styling-wise. Fenders, lights and hood are the same. Thanks for playing though
Oh, and fender liners are different as well... Not sure if SE to SE or GT to GT are the same, but I know that SE to GT are different.

which 98 are you going to, the SE or the GT? agreed with Kardain on everything except the turn signal/side marker lights, if youre going with a GT then youre good, but if youre going with an SE youll need the turn signal/sidemarker lamp. and as far as the splash guards(not fender liners, no offense to Kardain), all are different, would think they have to be model specific.
