My passenger side headlight is a lot dimmer than my drivers side, what can I do to remedy this problem?

Swap the two bulbs and see if the problem follows the bulb, could be a defective bulb.
Make sure your electrical connections are nice and clean. Bad connection's can lead to high resistance and cause stuff like that.
Check the pins and make sure you get a nice strong 12 volts. Check resistance to ground. Should be around an ohm or less......
"Resistance is futile!!!! If less than one ohm......"
First off.. check the fuse in the driverside side of the dash.

well that sounds like that is ur problem to me. i know PIAA or Hella bulbs have melted the actual pigtail that the bulb clicks into. so the bulb might have melted the pigtail..
if none of that applies follow what Ethan said to do. check resistance.. Now assuming you dont have much electrical experience. when u check resistance make sure there is
NO current flowing.. dont have the key in ignition, headlight switch on, nothing.
i bought high wattage pigtails and installed them but anyways the problem seems to have gone away on its own now.
