rain is fine. i take my VIS Invader carbon fiber hood off for winter though. some people leave theirs on, but i don't really want to risk it with a $700 hood when i can easily swap my stock hood back on and be safe.
the invader hood i have has been on for about 2 years and no problems at all,but my vent is far enough forward on the hood that rain just falls straight down
simple minds talk about other people.
average minds talk about events.
great minds discuss ideas
The VIS evo has a block off plate that goes under the vents for those horrid winter months and crappy rainy days. I wish it could be sunny and 70 all year.
