I have vertical doors on my Sunfire but am going back to using oem hinges...

The question is...Will door hinges off of a 98 Cavalier fit on my 2000 Sunfire?

i believe if the 98 is a 2 dr and yours is a 2 dr then they should be the same...

All 2-doors 95+ are the same, Fire or Cav. Not 100% sure on the 4-doors, but I'm thinking they are the same as well.
