They'll fit but you'll have a big gap between them and the bumper. The 95-99 headlights also use 9005/9006 bulbs while your 02 uses 9007 bulbs, so you'd need to wire in the new headlight pigtails.

to make the headlights fit properly,you'd need to swap a 95-99 bumper on as well.
