What would it take to put this on my 99 Cavalier and keep my headlights, and suggestions or anyone knows how to.

Go ahead and flame, I like the 95-99 headlights
If I'm not mistaken, the ONLY thing that you have to do is just cut the 00 - 02 bumper where the headlights are. Ohh, and don't worry. I like my 95 - 99 headlights too

I thought you had to cut the 95-99 bumpers for 00-02 headlights?
youd need to do just the opposite.....youll need to build up a few inches under each headlight.

Thats what I thought, but a few inchs I was thinking a few cm.
