I was looking at my buddies '00 cavy, and noticed that on my tail lamp assemblies, they look like they are interchangeable. My question is: will '00-'02 tail lights fit into my '03? and is there any modification required besides pulling my red plastic piece (which I hate)?
They will fit fine. You will just have holes left from the light bezel in the middle.

Either get the RKsport CF filler panel or swap on an 95-02 trunk to get rid of the hole. I swapped trunks and used 00-02 tailights.
