Headlight Alignment
Tuesday, November 25, 2008 9:36 AM
I just recently put in some Eurolite 9007 Headlights, and for 15 dollars, they are exceptionally very nice. They are not pure blue, they are PennDOT legal, and they have a tint of blue and a pure white light. I couldn't have gotten anything better that was legal. Anyways, after replacing them, I put the headlights back in, and now the passenger side, looks crooked. I took it out and tried to reseat it, but it still looks the same. Is this normal? I have pictures to show. Thanks!

Take the headlight back out and check the pin that clips in at the bottom. it should seat in a little square hole. sometimes the metal peice comes off the plastic and has to be put back on. which is easy. you just push it back on. then put your headlight back in. thats the only thing i can think of to cause it to be crooked.

This has happened to me as well on my 03' Sunfire.

They look fine to me, They're not supposed to be pointing the exact same way.

Driver's side headlamp is supposed to point down lower and toward the right side more to prevent shining at oncoming drivers.
While the passenger side headlamp points higher and more direct.

Honestly they look how they're supposed to for an 03-05.
