Can someone help me out on this one?

Its my girfriends car.

The passenger side headlight is very DIM.

Like a fool, I went out and paid 30 bucks for 2 lightbulbs thinking that was the problem. It takes a H9 and H11 bulb.

No dice, same deal..

Whats the deal anybody know?

Where do the lights get grounded?

I can't figure this one out..

ummm im kinda stumped here but it could have something to to with the DRL system, as this turns the headlights on automatically during the day at a reduced brightness...

Well it turns out there is a recall on the 03 Sunfire.

It said that water gets into the harness, or sometimes it gets wet due to a leaking washer fluid bottle.

I took the car in for the recall, the service manager said that the recall was already done in 2005, so I'm SOL..

Anybody know where i can get a full harness for this thing? The chevy dealer does not stock one anymore.
