yes, I did search, though, I'm willing to bed I didn't use good wording, but I'm wondering how I would plug the holes on the front bumper.
I have a 97 Sunfire SE with a 95-99 GT front bumper on, and I'm moving to where there is no front plate required. to add on, I can't stand how it is with the plate mount so this works out for me.
They make rubber/plastic plugs that will fit in any hole. You can check any hardware store or auto parts store. Paint them your body color so it doesn't look like holes then apply and your done.
