Sunfire Fenders on a Cavy

Im assuming the answer is no, search didnt really help and according to the sticky up top all the same gen j-bodies share fenders, but considering it lists fenders as parts needed in a front end swap, i think that may be mis-information. Getting to the point I found a pair of Z3's off a fire for sale and want to know if they will fit or can be made to fit my cav.
thanks in advance

The front parts of the fenders are different.

just keep looking for a pair of z3 fenders for a cavy, it'll be so much easier than trying to make the sunfire fenders fit.

if you know how to fiberglass then it is very easy, that is if the z3's are fiberglass.... Just tape you cav fenders then fiberglass where the tape is.... all you need is the front part of the fender, then cut the sunfire fiberglass fender and fiberglass your cav part on to it.... you'll need to drill some holes and remove the paint and gelcoat from the fire's fenders before attaching your cavy front section... Very easy to do, but if you don't know how to fiberglass or have any of the stuff already might as well just buy cavy fenders online....

stock fenders look best imo.

they dont share the same fenders....they share the same mounting points so that one will fit on the other's car. but w/o the rest of the front end to line up and bolt up to, its not going to work. as stated above, unless these are a freebie set and youve got enough extra time to kill to fiberglass them, your best bet is to find a set made for the cav.
