alright so i got a pair of those widely used black projectors that everyone seems to be using, the ones that are 2 piece, not the one piece ones with halos. Anyone else had a huge problem getting these to fit properly? The passenger side headlight is almost impossible to get in wihtout pushing out or cracking the corner signal. Furhtermore how safe is it to modify the mounting bracket? because the thing just wont go in properly.

and yes, i have played around with the adjusting screws, it doesnt do enough to help the issue at all.

Okay, so they are a bitch to get fitting right.

I have them on my car and here are some tips.

First i used the stock mounting brackets from my stock headlights...they are better quality than the crap they give you.

Secondly, fitment is an issue due to the projector being a lot bigger than the stock lights and it hits part of the rad support.

Look through the OP and he describes a method in which a washer is used to clear the fitment issue.

After both those are done, its all about playing with them and getting it to work.
