i am soon going to remove my sunfire's stock spoiler
and i was wondering what my options are and what they look like

Shave the spoiler..I just did on my 05 Sunfire..Looks sooooooo much better..
I also say shave it, but thats your choice. The Tiburon wing looks pretty good.
i vote for shaved but as said above the tiburon wing looks nice
The Tiburon wing isn't a bolt up and go deal. It has to be modded to fit.
Oh and spoilerless is the best.
The stock spoiler on SFs look goofy. Shave it.
