can anyone give me info on this body kit? i like the look of it alot, but i dont know if its a cheap made one that will go crap on me in a year or 2. website is-http://www.andysautosport.com/chevrolet/2003_9999_cavalier/exterior/body_kits/aas/. its also a swap kit[it swaps out the front and rear bumpers, instead of bolting over the original ones]. tell me if it would be decent quality?

I actually just got the kit for my 03 cavy LS sport. Was very pleased with the way it fit, as well as some of my friends of have installed body kits on there cars. Really not much body work as far as molding every thing in will be needed. The front bumper is the only piece that is predrilled but you only get 2 out of the 3 needed holes on each side. Will have to do 3rd one yourself. Every thing fit flush and lined up pretty good compared to most. Should be fine as long as you dont hit anything, it is fiberglass, and so far I am VERY pleased with it and the fitment.

front ain't bad at all. sides look okay! rear is gross!

I love the kit, the only thing with the back is the holes on the left and right b/c you can see the bumper frame through them, but I am in process of making me some fiberglass panels, paint them flat black and screw/bolt them to the frame. then once I get my mesh in I think it will look pretty good, but if not, Thank you god for blessing me with a VERY good body man in the family. Ill just have him fill them in glass them over and smooth it out

what color mesh are you usin? because if your usin black mesh you wont see it that much, but im assumin your usin chrome. so if you are doin that, just paint the bumper frame black, and it should look ok, not sure though, so id try spray paintin some cardboard, stickin it up there, and seein if it will look good.

yea i am going with Chrome/silver, and I already have the frame sprayed flat black. Gonna wait till the mesh gets here and see if the weave is fine enough think it will be ok with out the plates. It was between the AAS and the Drift, but something about the way the front end with the AAS is, I feeling love with it. And to me most all of the back bumpers between all the bodykits look about the same. The AAS was the only one that is really different. but its just me

its mine too, thats why i was askin about it, ill probably get one either this winter or early spring, that is if i have a job during school.

the best part i think is that the front is an entire replacement, yet has the look of a bolt on. plus the front just looks so tight, skirts look pretty cool to, and if i get the kit, ill probably mount dual exhaust threw the mesh grill on the rear bumper lol. might look wierd but o well.
