When I hit a bump my exhaust tip hits my bumper producing an annoying clunking sound. I was thinking mounting tape but I'm worried it will just melt off due to the heat. Any ideas?
sounds like you are missing a rear exhaust hanger.
I thought the hangers had a bit of give to them? Cause my tip is maybe half an inch or less from the underside of my bumper. And my catback has only been on there since April...
sounds like you need to replace the hanger that USED to be there. Happened to me twice and both times that was the solution. No it doesnt move after.
