Need your opinion. I have been seriously considering swapping out of my 4 door to either a vert or a coupe. What I would be doing is buying a donor car, pulling my built 2200 motor, custom turbo set up, and freshly custom built performance 4t40e trans and swap it into the fresh body. Then the next major question is do i keep it a sleeper or put my custom body kit with my head light conversion or not.
Help decided because I am at a Major cross road and want suggestions and have time to make a change while I wait for the tune shop to get to my car. Oh and I forgot to mention I found a major clean 1999 Vert cavi for $700
please keep it 4 door!, really though, regardless of what anyone is going to say after me, if you want to keep it "sleeper" what better way to do that than with a 4 door? come on man, there's only so many of us sedan owners that mod these cars. consider urself "unique".
I was going to say wat blucavy said but people always flame the sedans it seems! And yes stay with it for the ultimate sleeper!
You cannot go wrong with a high hp vert.

Guys my car is faaaaar from a sleeper. Custom accord headlights, F1 fenders, drift front bumper, drift side skirts, VIS oem carbon hood, shaved door handles, shaved antenna, street fighter rear bumper and a wide bodyfender flares all the way around with a fx35 tail light conversion in the works.

Kind of hard to help you with that considering the entire front end is off the car not to mention the car is in primer. So if your looking for a finished product you would have to use your imagination.
I guess the direction I am going to take is going to be decided how much my local trusted shop will charge me to make the swap and if the swapped would be easier to get away from the electrical issues I have been having.... I will keep you all posted.
I will say this. The convert. Cavi is a 1999, It is red in color with a black top and grey OEM interior. The body needs some work but hell so does mine.
The only reason I am considering this is because my current set up has no A/C (removed by myself) has some small electrical issues and I have always wanted a coupe or a convertible.
