Paint and trim safe CLR?

As the title states do they make it and if not how do I remove hard water spots? Our sprinkler system kicks on every 2 days and moving the cars around every hour to avoid it is not an option.

How long have the water spots been on the car? You could take it to a detail shop and they could buff them off.

Well the water sucks so bad that if you don't wash the car the same day before it dries they are stuck on there. My truck got hit with the sprinklers for one day and I had to use CLR on it to get them off. I didn't give a @!#$ about the paint on the truck so I used CLR but the new car I don't want to @!#$ up the paint.

Also no retailer for me I would be taking it every other day as the sprinklers hit it that often

Its more so the windows that are getting the spots that won't come off. The paint has a good layer of wax on it. I just want something that will be safe for both.

I've been a detailer for about 9-10 years they make a hard water spot remover for windows its like a greasy liquid you apply with a sponge and then when it hazes you buff it off leaving no spots im not sure where you can buy it maybe look around online??

Well for some reason this summer its not bad. SO the new car is not having anything sticking on it that cant be hand washed off. But if it does start to sit on there like it did to my truck I will let every one know how I get it off. I took CLR to the truck last year cause nothing would get it off but then again I didn't give a @!#$ about the paint on it hahaha.

I'm just gonna throw this out there... Have you considered installing a softener supply in-line with your outside water line so you don't have to worry about the expensive cars getting damaged?
