basically unions are not required to disclose what they are doing with union money......to their own union members....or for that matter, the tax paying public who is repeatedly tapped to bail out the unions. Obama was going to bring a new era of transparency to Washington. No more business as usual. He also promised to eliminate earmaks from legislation, before he'd sign a bill into law. One question for you mr Hussein: where's the beef?
