Cavalier and Sunfire Football Jerseys!
Friday, March 10, 2006 9:13 PM
I'm gonna keep this short and sweet because I did this post last night but forgot that I allowed my Premium Membership to expire so it got deleted...my bad

Next week I'll be selling these in a GP to those who are interested. You pick the color of jersey based on the color scheme of your car, the number is the year of the car. I can do ANYTHING you want, though. Wear one of these to the next show or meet and REALLY show people how obsessed you are. I can't stop wearing mine...

I'm making a couple changes to the layout (bigger Cavaliers logo on the back and lowering the front # a little) Actual product will have nice solid graphics - this one is a prototype and has a couple of small flaws on the front number. These are ready to create to your custom specs - all groundwork and pricing has been done over the last 2 months. JBFL logo will be available as an embroidered version. I also have lightweight long-sleeved t's that go great with these (black and silver go awesome with my blue jersey)

Matching mesh hats in all kinds of colors will also be available in the upcoming GP. I'm sending it to Dave on Monday.

The new Blue Cav Custom website will also launch next week.

Thanks! Let me know what you think.

Isn't it illegal to use Chevrolet's logo without their permission and make a profit out of it without paying royalties?

Good luck.

Once again the immaturity of the JBO shines through. Don't want a jersey? Don't buy one.

Some of you guys really need to grow up - seriously.

I'm done with this thread - I'll see everyone who has actually been cool about this in the GP. The GP will be for business ONLY , no lame ass comments about whether or not you like the jersey idea. I would appreciate it if the haters could stay out of the thread that I'll be paying cash for and I'm going to contact Dave beforehand to make sure some level of fairness can be attained.

By the way, if you want to get technical about people using the bowtie without permission, maybe you better get off my back and go after the guys who are putting it on metal parts, etc in here. I'm not doing anyting that about a billion others are doing. Its not like GM is making jerseys and I'm stealing their sales.

Thanks for ruining yet another idea for me and bringing down my day - hope it made you feel better about your lame selves.

Kettle calling pot black? I see just as much immaturity in your post than I've seen in the responses to your original post. Don't ask people to tell you what they think unless you want to hear the truth.

And just because other people are doing it doesn't make it right that you should do it also. If you really think you should be allowed to do it if others can do it then go ahead and sell them, I'm sorry for warning you for what might happen to you in the future if GM decides they want to come after you with a lawsuit.

should be used to it by now. i know i am

besides, if 10 anonymous forum users can ruin your day simply by saying they dont like your idea, maybe you need to find another line of work

btw, if i wore jerseys i would buy one in a heartbeat, its a cool idea.

I'm about 99.99% sure Dave will agree...you asked for opinions. You got them, just because many were not what YOU wanted to hear does not mean we are immature or haters. You asked what we thought...we told you, get over it drama queen.

I personally wouldn't be caught dead wearing it. And I think they look cheaply made, like the logos would wash off in the first wash. That's "what I think".
