Ok let me give you guys the low down, I have had he projectors for over 1 year now and and finally got them put together.
So lets get to it,
1st he sent me the lenses and the projectors one of my lenses was thin and curled at the bottom so it was not able to be used.
Sent him an email and BOOM RIGHT AWAY NEW ON IN THE MAIL NO QUESTIONS.
Not only was it in the mail he made us a video tape to prove it was better ( my lenses came with my buddy Sweetness GT's set)
His were also thin coming fromt he same batch SO WE GOT A NEW SET EACH AT JOSH COST NO MONEY OR SHIPPING WAS ASKED FOR AND NO HASSLE WAS MADE OF IT!!!!!!!!!!
Completely looked after from the get go by josh in a professional way......... FAST RACK A YEAR
I finally get around to puttin these things together and i get my hids in and on is duller then the other an dim like what the heck upon further investigation we realize that one of my projectors is missing the reflective chrome finish on the inside so its killing light output.
I had not spoken to Josh in 1 year not a word.... so i shot him a half hopeful email praying he would reply....to my amazment not only did he replay but he asked for pics.
So i sent the pics and not only was he unaware but he is replacing the projector ASAP shipping one at his cost NOT ASKING FOR A CENT FROM ME NOTING just bing bang boom looking after his customers!!!!!!!!!
JOSH YOU SHOULD BE PRAISED FOR THE WAY YOUR VALUE YOUR CUSTOMER.
So i real don't understand why i read threads hating on the guy hes been nothing but helpful every time i have needed something

wow thats crazy... after a year, he could have just said they were out of the warranty period and forgot about it, like most would do. definitely a good guy.

Josh is a STAND UP GUY I RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM HIM HIS SERVICE IS IMPECABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I haven't even ordered from him and I can vougue(sp?) for what kind of guy he is. We have talked in many emails and instant messaging and he is really helpful. I don't really see how anyone could say he doesn't have great customer service.

btw....whats with the thread title? i came in here expecting to read about a half assed customer complaint (like where you emailed him last night and hadnt gotten a reply yet) and it turned into a positive thread.

Has anyone seen Joshua izn_trbl?? I sent him a ton of money 3 months ago and also new headlights for him to do a custom job for me and I still haven't gotten the headlights. I've called him several times and and I've written him several emails and he won't respond.

LOL, how about a little "behind the scenes"....
this is a customer for lincoln town car headlights. these things are 33" long and being american, require a bit more work to be built than other headlights. this one order and a couple others have delayed quite a few other orders that had been purchased in line for progress.
this customer had emailed me (as you can see from what i had provided), but was not receiving my replies (as you can see from what i had provided). the day after i had replied, he says that he didnt get it and had gotten scared that something wrong may have happened to me and decided to open a paypal dispute which immediately reversed the transaction to his favor. this made me very upset because rather than replying to my last email he says he didnt get, he opens a case and paypal says that the card issuer (credit card company) has the last and final word every time unless i can provide proof to their satisfactory, have it all taken care of within 75 days, and paypal cant do anything about it. i contacted my lawyer ASAP on this situation claiming that this can not be just because the customer is being impatient, and claiming i am not responding to his emails.
now today is the next following day. he says he googled my name and found the
. he contacted a member from here asking if they can get a hold of me. rather than the member contacting me, or having the customer PM me, they tell the customer to make a post instead. the outcome is as you see it.
the customer had PM'd me as i had requested him to do, gave him the number as to how to contact me from where i was at that time, and he finally called. he says he is very sorry, he told me what he had done, whom he had talked to, and said he did not receive my replies to his last emails, nor my paypal dispute reply.
i am very glad he contacted me through here due to he says he was not receiving my replies. if not, i would be out quite a bit of money and most importantly TIME for no reason. if this did not happen, i would have refused all contacts from him and let my lawyer take it from there. this was a perfect outcome that could have been a very bad result.
he says he is very sorry for posting this, and (i too) wanted to thank the moderator for fixing his posts for him.
i have recently not had replies from other people and had written them again asking if they had received my emails. they have been stating no. i usually get all my emails, and all my replies have been sent (as far as i know) up until recently. i use only yahoo, and believe this may have something to do with it. if you need to get a hold of me, i truly believe that PM from here would be the best way (unless you have my cell number
).

I find it hard to believe that IZN didn't reply to e-mails. I sent him an e-mail on inquiry for my wifes car. Got a response and was VERY detailed in everything. Even though the fact that I was just being an idiot and didn't pay attention to his website he still took time to explain everything. He's been around here for a long time. I find it VERY hard to believe anyone could have a problem with him.
