Im sure a few of you either already new or had put two and two together. so Ill make this short and sweet. I sent my car to josh (aka minion) last janauray (as in like half a year ago) and have been waiting day in and out for him to finish the car. he told me this laundrey list of things he wanted to do, and never did anyof them. I told him I just wanted the car back becousae it was taking to long. he said he only had about six hours of work left. and that it wasnt going to take that long to finish. well that was a month ago. he hasnt said a word and now hes ignoring my calls.
he told me that he works for audi now and time is really tight, so I guess that means I just dont get my car back? however, Im leaving right now for maryland to go pay josh a visit. im taking my laptop and camera so I can take pics and document the here.

for what? thats garbage. I take pride in who i am as a person. I never litter, I always let people in front of me in line, I do everything I can to be able to live with who I am as a person. two days a guy came into the volvo dealrship where I work at the end of the day. he had a busted headlight and need one for a roadtrip he was going to take. the writer wasnt going to be able to help so I offered to give him mine out of my car. Im a freaking lot guy I could of just laughed and walked away, but I didnt I helped him. out. I make an attempt to do things like this as much as possiable because of my strick belifes on karma.
simply becuase of my lack of conformitiy to your internet nazidem you have made judgements about who I am as a person.
I really dont what to turn this thread into an argument with you. however if you feel the need to prove your point please feel free to pm me.
anywho for those that care im sitting out side of his house waiting to go up to his door, Im not going to do anything stupid I would just really like some awnsers. ill take some pictures and put them up here

yeah I tried replying while I was infront of his house, but for whatever reason It only gave me enough time to refresh my page which resent the same info. but then it signed me out.
anywho this is what I wrote while I was in front of his house
well things worked out. I just got back into my car. and we came to an agreement. he cant finish the car, so Im going to come by next week to pick it up. over all Im dissapointed that he didnt finish the car, but for some reason I couldnt get mad at him. alot of it was that I was sitting in maryland in an unfurmiliar town, but most of it is that I just cant get mad at people. I wanted so bad to just start screaming, but I knew it wouldnt solve anything.
He is going to have the motor crankablefor me when I show up sunday. and thats all I really need. I have to build the exhuast and finsih the piping that he tak welded, unless hes lieing it should only be a couple hours worth of work. nothing to serious. the one plus side, is that you all will get to take witness to a new build. becuase Im going to document every inch of it

Glad things worked out for you. Sometimes people just get busy... I agree that its BS not to communicate with a person or client about business, but I do understand people being busy.

nah it was a half a year. and I still dont know if what I did was right. hes supposed to have a few things done for me when I show up next week, and I can almost guarntee that less then half will be done when I go to pick it up.
Imean hes a really nice person. But he could care less about his rep on hear, and my project. he just wants my car. gone. I just feel kinda used I dont know.

I cant argue with the fact that your an ass sometimes(on here) but i think you handled this quite well, very very mature IMO.
Everyone has good things to say about minion, and he does seem like a good guy, so who knows, as long as he didnt @!#$ you over money wise(basiclly as long as he saw no gain from this) then well...chalk it up to a mistake. @!#$ happens sometimes. We havent heard from him yet but it seems as though you have both handled this pretty well after the communication started flowing.

ive know minion for a while, hes a good dude.
