Does the 2004 ecotechs have single point or multi point fuel injection.?
Also, do they have variable vale timing?

no vvt its not a vtec

They most certainly are multi-point injection. Most engines went away from port injection in the mid-late '90s, and the Eco was an all-new design for 2000.
I believe that there are versions of the Ecotec out there now that are incorporating variable valve timing, but not in any J-body. Most changes like this are only incorporated when required to meet specific emission standards, as they add greatly to the cost.
