as most of us have noticed sunfires and cavys have alot of throw/pitch or w.e you call it when u push
the clutch in.
my question is, is it possible to adjust my clutch so i dont have to push it in so far when i shift,
more like a jap car with u only have to push it in 2 inches?
i have a 2000 sunfire 2.4L
Cavalier clutch systems are not adjustable, They are hydraulic clutch, Only thing that can be done is replace the slave cyl if. The clutch wont hold pressure after bleeding the system.
good Luck.
Get a performance clutch.... my Carbon Kevlar clutch (SPEC Stage 2+) requires a light touch on the pedal to disengage. However, being a hydraulic clutch, and being a SPEC clutch, it can make contact at any point from the floor to the top whenever it wants.

We all drive in a yellow Cavalier...
You can bleed the clutch, and sometimes this will affect where the pedal engages.

problem with our clutch is that the pedal is always gunna have a million miles of travel, where it engages will change from clutch to clutch, and when u bleed.. but my leg still gets tired in rush hour lol
