Hi, i got a 02 sunfire 2200 ( automatic, A/C) at the shop today with a weird problem..the guy say its car stall at stop and it restart immediatly.. we road test the car one hour long and the car run great, no hesitation,no rough idle what is happening?

- we change the iac
-the idle is average 900 cold, 600-750 hot
-we clean the throttle body
-no stored DTC
-a/c on or off doesnt change nothing
when the problem happen he said he block the wheel because he doesnt see the stop...

any idea or similar experience?

It's tough to diagnose when the problem doesn't repeat itself. Sounds like you were pretty thorough in your checking. Might be as simple as a little moisture in the fuel. Maybe a treatment of Techron (by Chevron) or V-Power (by Shell) would take care of it. I'm sure someone else will have ideas. Good luck. - Mark
