04 cavalier with 68k on chassis, manual.
its been sitting again for almost a year, just put a new engine in it and i have no powersteering now, pump is running and good on fluid.
where should i start?
same problem here, searching for a good way to test now, but it seems a new pump has fixed everyone else problems.
