ok. so im having problems with my cavvy. it first started where id be driving down the road at a constant speed and the engine would cut out but wouldnt die and almost instantaneously go back to normal. then after a couple days of that it died a couple of times completely when i was out cruising and i had trouble getting it to start back up until the last time it died it wouldnt restart so i had it towed home. the next day i went outside and it started right up but after letting it idle for a few minutes it died again and wouldnt restart. and thats pretty much how its been acting ever since. itll run for awhile, die, wont restart, let it sit for awhile and itll start, then itll die again. the first thing i thought was fuel pump but you can still hear it prime when you turn the key to accessory so i figured it was probably good. so i changed the cps and now it seems to run for longer periods of time before dying but its still the same process after it dies. it cranks fine just wont start and the check engine light isnt on. im not sure where to go next. the only things i could think of was change the fuel filter and check the wiring for the ecu but i dont even know where thats located. so i figured id present this problem to the pros even though youve probably heard this one a hundred times and it is probably possibly many different things haha. but any and all help and ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!

Possibly that the pump may still be working but it may be weak. Check to see if it is spraying enough.
