Drill bit, your joking right.

You will be there are all day and night drilling.

If yours are riveted in, you need an air chisel to remove them, than you pound them out with a big hammer

I didnt know Cavaliers had them riveted in, never seen one that did, what year is yours

No offense but it sounds like you have idea what your doing/talking about.

First off you dont destroy the control arm, you use the air chisel to grind off the top part of the rivets, than pound the bottom part out. A drill bit, it wont get done that way, but you would have to measure the rivet and get that size plus lots of smaller ones, but it wont work that way

I'd go get the new ones, see what size the bolts are, and get the drill bit that will be the right size for them. Sometimes they are bigger.

you might be able to drill the heads off and then pound out, got a tape measure? thats an easy way to tell.

I've used a drill to get all my rivets out. Just need to know how to do it. Not that hard...
